1. Acceptance of Terms

By using lasmile4less.com, calling our office, booking an appointment, or providing your phone number for SMS notifications, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About Smile 4 Less LA

Smile 4 Less LA is a cosmetic-only dental studio located at 1933 S Broadway Ave, Suite 1116, Los Angeles, CA 90007. We provide cosmetic services only — we do not offer surgical, restorative, or emergency dental care. Patients age 12 and older are welcome.

3. SMS Messaging Program

Program Name: Smile 4 Less LA Appointment Notifications

What you'll receive: By providing your mobile phone number to Smile 4 Less LA, you consent to receive SMS messages about your appointments, including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, callback requests, and operational notifications related to your visit.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Most patients receive 1–4 messages per appointment.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Smile 4 Less LA does not charge for SMS messages, but standard carrier rates from your wireless provider may apply.

How to get help: Reply HELP to any message for support, or contact us directly at (213) 205-8324 or smile4lessla@gmail.com.

How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent. To resubscribe, contact us directly.

How you opt in: You consent to receive SMS messages by (a) verbally providing your phone number during a phone booking call to Smile 4 Less LA, or (b) submitting your phone number through any Smile 4 Less LA booking interface or in-office form. Mobile information you provide is used only by Smile 4 Less LA and our service providers (Twilio, Square) for the purpose of delivering messages — it is not shared with third parties for marketing.

Carriers not liable: Carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and other major US carriers.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Booking is on a first-come, first-served basis. We confirm appointments by SMS, email, or phone.
  • A $30 non-refundable deposit is required for whitening services and new braces installations.
  • Returning patient service fee of $50 may apply if more than 3 months have elapsed since your last visit.
  • We do not currently charge cancellation or no-show fees outside the deposits noted above.

5. Insurance & Payment

Smile 4 Less LA is a cosmetic-only studio and does not accept insurance. Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards.

6. Patient Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your medical history and any medications you are taking. Smile 4 Less LA reserves the right to decline treatment if we believe a procedure is unsafe or outside our scope of practice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smile 4 Less LA's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at lasmile4less.com/terms.html with the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
